Founder & Lead Therapist
Lateldrin Williams
LCSW, CGRS
Hi, I'm Lateldrin. I started Pillars of Hope Counseling because I believe that every person deserves a space where they can be fully known — and still feel safe. Therapy, at its best, is that space.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply relational — I draw from evidence-based methods while honoring the whole person, including your faith if that's important to you.
As a veteran spouse, I have a personal understanding of the unique pressures military families carry. I'm honored to walk alongside those who serve and those who love them.

Therapist
Sandy Shoemaker
LPC-Associate
Hi, I'm Sandy. I became a therapist because I believe that reaching out for help is one of the bravest things a person can do — and that no one should have to face their hardest moments alone.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and loss. My sessions are a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, no pressure to have the right words.
I'm trained in EMDR and draw from approaches like CBT and DBT, but what matters most to me is meeting you where you are and moving at your pace. It's an honor to walk beside my clients as they rediscover their strength.
